Face to Face Therapy is a private practice located in Nanaimo, British Columbia and servicing central Vancouver Island. This practice is operated by Kellie Mitchell, who is a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist, Registered Clinical Counsellor, and Family Mediator.

My vision for my practice is to facilitate individuals discovering their full potential so they can improve the quality of their lives.

About me

I have been living and working on Vancouver Island since 2002, and I have been working with individuals and families since 1991. My educational background includes a Masters Degree in Speech–Language Pathology, in addition to a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Certificate in Family Mediation. This is paired with over 20 years of clinical experience working in medical, community and private settings. My experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist has provided me an opportunity to develop a unique set of skills, which supports me in working with a variety of populations including school-age children, children with complex conditions, in addition to adults recovering from stroke and traumatic brain injuries.
